Delivery Information

We provide nationwide free delivery right at your doorstep on all orders above Rs.2,000/- orders below this threshold are charged Rs.200/- as delivery charges. We strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible, therefore, all orders received before 4pm are dispatched the same day and get delivered within 24-96 hours after dispatch. Customized products can take additional time of up to 24 hours as we personalize them for you.

An order once confirmed is dispatched on priority so that it reaches you as soon as possible. Unexpected delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons like law and order situation or weather conditions. If you are moving from your location or have ordered product(s) for a specific occasion we recommend to give at least 24-48 hours margin than the usual delivery time. If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the allotted time. You can get in touch with our customer services representatives so that we can take the necessary steps to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
